Our Process

Your brand isn’t just the logo, although that is part of the equation. Your brand is how your clients perceive your company based on their interactions and experiences with it. Our branding exercise helps to define your brand’s personality.

Defining Your Brand

We conduct interviews with key stakeholders to determine:
The benefits your company is delivering.

  • E.g. Apple delivers acceptance to a lifestyle.
The promises your company makes and keeps.
  • E.g. Apple only offers top of the line specs (features) and also gives delivery deadlines that it consistently meets (how it’s delivered).
The follow up by your company post-delivery.
  • E.g. Apple provides Apple Care to ensure your product never fails and they keep in touch through software updates and emails.

Define Your Brand Voice

We work with you to discover your brand “voice”. Your brand voice is the verbal part of your brand presentation: the words you use, the tone your copywriting takes, the way you answer the phone and the style of your letters. The presentation is the final piece of the branding exercise – and is more clearly defined under Logo & Branding. We take what we have defined in the earlier part of the process to determine:

  • Your colors
  • Your typefaces
  • Your logo
  • Your overall graphic style

And we package this into a style guideline that you can hand off to designers in future to make sure your messaging style never changes.
